The kings of the heavens, falleth into the Earth, not remembering who they were. To remember who you are before you were born and after you die is a hard task for most. That is why you see a lot of people around ruled by the emotional drives. Emotional eating and obesity, chasing the good feelings instead of developing stronger individuality, short term instead of long term “you only live once” mentality. You see these people from childhood and never ask yourself why is it the way it works. If you are reading this, it means you are seeking to wake up from the social labyrinths and find your true potential. Meet your higher self!
Three golden steps to start noticing your kingdom
Using these three exercises daily, you will start noticing synchronicities, patterns and the change all around you. Everything depends on how receptive you are and allow yourself to get what you deserve. You once had everything, your own planet, your own people and fulfilled self realized consciousness. But one day your memories got ripped apart. You fell to the Earth scattered in lots of pieces down to the bottom of the pyramid you once owned.
Now you have to remember who you were before your death, and where you are going after death. That is a place of the unknown, which is your inner unconscious kingdom. This way you can learn to remember your future and climb the stairway to reclaim your kingdom. It will allow you to notice external and internal changes during your daily life and get messages directly from your higher self.
1. Meditation techniques
Now that you have read the main concept of this article, you have to learn the proper way of meditation. I know that you already know how meditation works and have done this many times prior your journey to know thyself. It is really that simple. However, there is one crucial mistake most meditators do is to mistaken meditation for a daydreaming. I can assure you it should not make you forget that you are at the moment sitting and meditating. Lengthy percent of population wants to try meditation: they sit down, meditate for 10 seconds and start daydreaming. After 30 minutes they remember that they were meditating and take it as a full 30 minutes meditation session, when actually only those 10 seconds count.
Meditation is all about focus and self-observation without de-attachment from your senses. You have to feel and empower your senses during the process. That way it is easier to notice subtle energy forms traveling around your scope of senses and you do not lose yourself to daydreaming. If you are from the western ancestry, use a chair for meditation, because western civilizations were used to thrones. If you are from the eastern ancestry, you are more flexible and are used to sitting on the ground legs crossed. Important thing is to be comfortable enough to let go, but not fall asleep at the same time.
Sit down comfortably, take a few deep breaths and push all the way out. Repeat this a few times and close your eyes. First, you have to become comfortable with your closed eyes and focus on the spot between your sight, your hearing and touch senses. Focus on your sight only (eyes closed), then move to your hearing and notice every little sound and crack around your room. Then move to your touch senses, feel the legs touching the chair or the ground. Feel the smell of different mollecules touching your scent nerves. Get comfortable switching between phases, repeat a few times until you feel the inside movements of your body.
It is okay if you do not feel the second body at this point, it will come with practice. Every day you meditate for 5-10 minutes it is enough to start seeing results and fuel your motivation to do even more things.
Now that you are comfortable with the feeling, focus on the spot between your eyes and your forehead – third eye spot with your eyes closed. Start visualizing the flower forms, embrace the vision and let yourself be creative. Imagine a candle light, and how it would act if it was real. It is important to learn visualising one object and holding it as long as possible with your fullest focus. That way you have the mast of the ship hold onto, while the ocean of thoughts calms down. This way you start to reclaim your own identity from the chaotic mixture of all the energies around you.
Repeat this as many times as possible, but do not force it with your ego. Do it comfortably and after every session, observe your life, the outside world and seek the answers you want to know. I promise you, after a first few sessions you will have your early “coincidental” events without an intervention that will benefit you in some way.
Important tip: When you meditate and your thoughts take over and drift you away, just calm down and come back to your focus object and continue. The more you do this, the more you will notice the interruption before it takes you away.
2. Social experimentation
It happens so that when you fell from heavens and lost your powers, you have also gained a lot of ego, fears and things that stop you from remembering who you are. Everyone is familiar with the tingling sense inside that feels like a mix of excitement and mild anxiety. When you feel that emotion it tells your body to flee from the situation, but sometimes you conquer the feeling and proceed forward. You can call it intuition, but it is a crucial part in self realization process. You must identify the fears and go directly to them, because fears are the shadows of your subconscious Self. Giving attention with your divine light removes that shadow and the fear goes away.
That is why it is important to get out of your comfort zone once in a while and do your own social experiments with the outside world. This way you will learn to conquer your fears. And the fear is where you must go to remember who you were.
Best suggestion would be to sign up for something you are afraid of doing so it will be harder to quit when you are already in. Put yourself in awkward situations more, so you learn to wiggle through them. And i mean really awkward situations or things that you fear the most.
I DO NOT mean to eat bugs, jump off a cliff and things like that. Those are not the fears you have to conquer. It is important to self-observe through meditation and identify the real fears of your true self. They usually appear intuitively right before your eyes in your daily life, and you choose to evade them instead, not knowingly.
Good example would be, whenever you have doubts before approaching some event, meditate on it and really understand the inner working on why you have fears on that specific thing. Do not think too long, it feeds the fear more. It is usually good to trust in yourself and jump right in without the doubt, because you will have to do it eventually. If not now then there will be the next time.
In order to know yourself, you have to go through the dense forest, and the best way is to go right through it – no stopping.
3. Mental exercises. Seek and it will be given.
It is not a ‘fake it till you make it’ or state of hypnosis and wishful thinking. This is the real deal which you must start learning today if you want to climb the pyramid. By doing these exercises you will allow me to connect your all knowing omnipotent future self to your present moment self.
It is not important to know how and why – ask yourself when.
Ask yourself to remember who you were in the future. The future you is who you were before you were born.
Ask yourself to show you what you were before you were born.
Who you are when you remove the skin and bones, your likes and dislikes. What drives you the most?
Falling asleep happens when you forget that you are in a body.
You are not the body. It is a social construct for convenience
Death is a state that feels like one second to you and an eternity to others.
There are no others – You are every person that surrounds you, mutually.
Feelings are the chemical imbalance and are not needed for your growth.
If you want to reclaim your true self, do not attach to people. Attachment is an exchange between two entities. As long as you enjoy each others company and learn new things on the way – it is okay. But learn to let go when it is time to take a new step.
Get used to leaving people behind. Some are for the purpose to give you information.
Identify your ’12 apostles’ team – Notice some people in your life who are very highly supportive of you and has the knowledge of something you do not know, but you need for your growth. This will be your team of apostles to reclaim the kingdom of the Earth.
Whenever you learn a new skill, it is not something new to you. You simply focus on something and remember how to use it. The future is what you were before you were born. Seek the knowledge, think about this occasionally. Ask the first few questions, mentally. Direct the energy with authority and seek the answers. It will come together with meditation and everyday life.
See you at the top
I hope the information will resonate with your higher self and help you unlock the true potential. These are the first three steps to reclaim what you have lost in the process of your previous lives. In weeks to come, if you repeat these steps, even for a few minutes a day, you will build your energy body. This will benefit you and unlock new skills, clairvoyant vision, additional senses and subtle bodies.
As you go, observe the change around you, notice that when you allow yourself to remember, the outside world will also change. You do not have to conform to social limitations. They are only for those who do not know how to live and need step by step directions.
