First and foremost, the aspect of struggle can differ from time to time and it is only visible through your personal view and how you perceive the situation you are currently in. What is hard for one can be seen as easy for another. It is an ever flowing pendulum connected to our own soul. So what is the reason behind struggle?
Self versus Self
One single person encompases many layers of reality in its unit of being. It constists of many ego bodies, multiple fractions of soul and collective self, which is the whole unconscious reality.
Exchange between two people is the exchange of one Self with another Self, which is of the same collective energy that is fractioned into many bodies. To sum it all up, we can call it the whole humanity. In another perspective self could occur in an inner conflict – that is when your fraction of split being perceives life in conflict with your other halves. Then it creates friction and struggle occurs.
That is why it is important to walk through life in a manner, that which will not create friction in any situations with other people. When you want to up your hand over another human being, you are actually taking away from your self which is in another human being, and that creates the motion of pendulum. If you take something by force, the pendulum swings back in time and takes something from you in the long run, making it even.
So, to be able to move freely in a good manner with your self without imbalance, you must think in terms of ‘all is one’. That you are of the same one being as the other. You must focus your efforts on providing value regardless of outcome. When you put in your heart with good efforts in mind, it swings back in a positive manner, and gives you fruits in a long run. Opposite if you live with hatred or ‘me versus world’ mentality.
Soul versus Ego
It is a very similar parallel reaction, but works in a different scale than that of the world. It is your personal struggle that creates friction. Most problems in your life occurs through that conflict of when the soul is not in harmony with the ego.
In other words – when you want something so bad, it works against will of your soul. Your soul follows your heart, and your ego follows your mind, which is symbolised as a running monkey. When your mind creates goals against your heart, it creates a lot of tension, which manifests struggle towards that goal. It is very hard to not want something, when you see people around you having that what your mind desires.
Usually, the easiest method to learn and overcome this is to let go of your mind, and learn to use it as a tool. Your heart is a magnet toward where you must go. And yet, your mind thinks that it is not the right way, there must be a shortcut. It comes the time when you get what your mind wanted, but then your heart feels hollow. It is not always the case as everything you choose to do is the journey, and sometimes it implies struggle which you must overcome to grow individually.
In that case your focus object becomes the end goal instead of following the journey. It has tension written all over it and you cannot escape the struggle. So what is the reason behind that?
A few reasons for why you struggle
It is implicit in life to have problems and learn to overcome them. Problems appear secondary after initiating the object of desire. The moment you create a goal, your heart changes the location in space and time to a different scope. With that scope comes new variables and events. If you would go through life without setting up goals, you would end up in the right moment in time in any way. But now you decide to change the pace and get there more quickly.
Trying to go there quickly attracts friction, which means that the particles you were moving through are now in heat, to make the thing happen in a faster pace. That pace is directed by your inner fire combined with the monkey mind. It is a premature decision to change the gear of your natural destination which allows you to get quicker to where your mind wants to go. But at the same time it creates more problems, so you will have to fail more, to learn and grow faster.
Passive route to ease the struggle
If you were to choose the passive route without investing much desire into a goal, you would go without much problems and friction. Nonetheless, the movement is itself dictated by the power of will, otherwise you would just stay still and the life would chaotically take over your decisions. The script is already written for you, but as you change the flow, the script changes accordingly, as you were a writer in an already written book. You intercept the existing script and create variables and events which could have not happened otherwise.
The meaning behind the struggles is to teach you to control your ego and find the balance between two of your fractions. One is a positive, the other is negative. As long as you keep pushing yourself toward the goals of your mind’s desire, you will struggle and find problematic events.
Overall, every struggle you have in your life is your own doing.
How to ease the problems in your life
There is no way to remove them at all, yet you have found yourself in a place where it occurs too often. Might be that you are very persuasive in your goals. You cannot evade the process of growth, but you can ease the pain.
Accepting that everything that happens to you is a plan to make you a better person. Accept everything that comes your way – either good or bad. Try not to hype up little good things. It makes your ego grow, and the trick is that it can be taken away easily. So after you achieve something small and brag about it, you will feel very sad if it was about to disappear.
Realize that life is not out there to get you. You are here to experience everything, and everything is meaningful even if you do not see it that way.
The fact is that you will always see the meaning after you have outgrown the situation. But standing there is like standing on the flat ground. When you go up the ladder, it unlocks the knowledge and you see everything before your path and over the horizon. If you go into too many details while struggling with the problem, you find the devil. Little thoughts that might swirl you into walls and more chaos. Acceptance and trust is the key to a less problematic way in life.
You choose your own pace in the journey
How you act – with heart, or with your ego, dictates the next step. You get more of what you have, so start cleaning your soul of the friction ego creates. Meditation is the essential tool to help with finding your own pace of heart in the journey of life. Faith also plays a part, but it has to be in something bigger than you are. When you put yourself in the position of a higher being, you accept the responsibilities of one. So the bigger problems occur and your decisions make out a stronger path with stronger problems.
Hopefully, before the passage is over, you will find yourself in the right direction. I wish you well on your journey and never stray off the heart’s path. Unless you want challenges, it will be as the game. For enthusiastic seekers it is always the rollercoaster and if you enjoy it – be it. If you are sick of it, there are tools to change the pace, and the key is inside. read between the lines and listen to your heart thus your soul speaks through it.
